A. Personalized books are books made to make a special someone the main
character in that book. A person's name, city, state and even friends and family are

Most books require the following:
- A child's name. Middle and last names are optional.
- Place where he or she lives.
- Age, also optional.
- Names of 3 friends and relatives.
Exceptions are:
1. The Sports Books where you can put names of winning and losing teams as well
as favorite players.
2. In My Baby Books, you can include baby's date of birth, time of birth, weight,
length, name of person who delivered the baby, hospital, Mom's first name and
Dad's first name.
Q. What if I don’t know any names of the child’s friends to put in the book?
A. Sibling or pet names are always great to put in the books. If the child does not
have any siblings, we can include “Mommy and Daddy” in the story. We must have
at least one name in the “friends or relatives” category.
Q. What form of payment do you except?
A. We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American
Express. We also accept e-checks. All online transactions are processed via

Q. Is it safe to give my credit card online?
A.. Paypal never shows the seller the buyer's credit card number. Also, your credit
card number will be encrypted via secure server.
Q. What is your return policy.
A. Refund or replacement is readily given if a book was not printed according to
your information or if there was an error on our part while making the book. Due to
the personalized nature of the books, we don't accept returns without the valid
reasons stated above. However, if you ordered a book and changed your mind
right away or need to make a correction in the form, please send us an email within
24 hours or sooner and state the problem.

provided, but I provided some wrong information, how can I get another
one with the correct information?
A. If the mistake was made by us, we will replace it with no cost to you, shipping
included. If the mistake was made by you , as a courtesy we will offer you the same
book with the corrected information with 15% off of regular or sale price. If the
book is already highly reduced and in the clearance section, no discount will be
given.

Will I get my order by Christmas?
All the orders are rushed right now for the Holiday Season. We are shipping
orders within 7 days, but USPS is slower than normal, Priority Mail, which
normally takes 2-3 days is now taking 4-5 days and sometimes even longer.
Unfortunately, we can only guarantee when your package will be mailed but
not when you will receive it. You will be sent an email with tracking number
when your order has been processed and mailed.
If you want your package delivered via overnight Express Mail, please
add an Express Mail package.
